Gather is a full-day immersive community experience created to bring together providers, small businesses, wellness practitioners, and aligned brands who believe in one thing:

This is not a traditional vendor fair or networking event, it is a curated, heart-centered space where:

The Story of What We’re Building Together

Something beautiful happens when providers and mothers come together. When education meets connection, and wisdom is shared heart to heart rather than lecture to listener. This is the heartbeat of Modern Moms Gather.

This spring, on May 16th, 2026, we’ll come together again, this time in New Hope, Pennsylvania, where open spaces and cozy corners will hold space for mothers and providers together. From 10 am to 4pm, we’ll gather to slow down, to learn, and to be in community, surrounded by women who are ready to nurture themselves and one another.

Last fall, our time together was filled with intention. A full lineup of talks, shared meals, and women's circles. It was beautiful… but we also learned something important. The most meaningful moments often happened in between - during the quiet sips of tea, the laughter between sessions, the hugs at the end of the day. This spring, we’re making room for more of that.

We’re expanding into a larger space with multiple rooms, so mamas can choose what speaks to them most, whether that’s sitting in on a heartfelt conversation, joining a yoga or meditation class, or connecting in the communal lounge with a cup of coffee and good company.

And this is where you come in.

What It Means to Be Part of the Village

Each provider is an essential part of the story we’re telling: one of community, care, and conscious living. When you join us, you’re not just setting up a table or giving a talk. You’re becoming part of a collective effort to change the way women experience motherhood and support. Regardless of how you decide to host with us, your contribution includes a ticket for you to participate in all events and communal meals. You're OUR guest, too!

For the Providers Who Lead with Heart

If you’ve been looking for a way to share your work in a setting that feels aligned, this is your invitation.

We’ll move through the day with intention: Our morning will begin with coffee and connection, then flow into educational and experiential offerings. Midday, we gather for a shared lunch and open time to connect. In the afternoon, we return to more learning and movement, closing the day with a women’s circle that allows space for integration and a deep exhale after so much expansion.

This isn’t a vendor fair. It’s a collaboration of hearts.
A special day designed to remind everyone (both providers and mamas) that we’re not meant to do this alone.

Our sponsorship opportunities are designed for aligned practices and businesses who want meaningful visibility, authentic connection, and a chance to support families and providers in a truly heart-centered space. Provider and Vendor Registration are at a first come, first served basis for The Modern Moms Village members only.
